Picking orders and moving goods in distribution centres in eastern Germany, almost always on three rotating shifts and 40 hours a week. Six of the fourteen ads reviewed are warehouse and logistics, and this is the block where the pay range is published most often. Three required a forklift licence (Staplerschein) and all three paid above the unqualified production band. The German asked for is shift German — signage, instructions, incidents — not office German.
