Terms of use

Version of August 19, 2026

The rules for using Talpass: what it is, what it is not, what is expected of you and what you can expect in return.

What Talpass is

Talpass connects people looking for work in Central Europe with verified temporary work agencies. Germany is the only open market today.

Talpass is not a temporary work agency and not a placement agency. It employs nobody, hires out nobody, negotiates no salaries and is not a party to any contract you may end up signing. What it does is let a verified agency find you and ask your permission to see your documents, and let you decide.

The service and this site are run by José Ulises Suárez Victoria. His full details are in the legal notice.

You are never charged

Using Talpass is free for the candidate, always and in every part of it. There is no fee, no commission on your salary, no payment to feature your profile, and no heading under which you will ever be asked for money.

If somebody asks you for money in the name of Talpass, it is not Talpass. Tell us.

This is not a commercial promise that could be withdrawn tomorrow: charging a candidate for job placement is prohibited in the European Union, and this project is built on that rule. The agency is the one who pays.

Who can register

  • People aged 18 or over.
  • With truthful details: the name you enter has to be yours, and to match the document you upload.
  • One account per person.

What is expected of you

  • That what you say about your experience is true, and that you keep it current when it changes.
  • That the documents you upload are your own. Uploading somebody else's document means immediate closure of the account, and may be a criminal offence.
  • That you use the site to look for work and not for anything else.
  • That you look after your password. If you think somebody has got into your account, write to us.

What is not guaranteed

Nobody guarantees you a job. Talpass does not promise that an agency will contact you, nor when, nor on what terms.

The conditions published on the public pages describe what was observed at a specific moment, carry their date and their source, and are neither a job offer nor a commitment. A concrete offer comes from a company, not from this site.

The agencies

An agency does not get to see the talent pool just by registering: it goes through prior approval, and its access can be suspended.

Suspending an agency cuts its access for real, not just on screen: it is the database itself that stops answering it. And no agency can approve or reinstate itself.

Suspension and leaving

You can leave whenever you want and ask for your account to be deleted, by writing to kayaosv@gmail.com. How that is done and what is kept afterwards is in the privacy policy.

On our side, an account can be suspended or closed if the above is broken — false details, somebody else's documents, misuse of the site. When that happens, you will be told why.

Availability of the service

This is a project under development. There may be interruptions, and there are features that will appear or change. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and it is not charged for.

Liability

The controller is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for damage to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence, liability arises only from the breach of essential contractual obligations — those without which the service cannot be provided and on whose fulfilment it is reasonable to rely — and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.

Talpass is not liable for what happens in the employment relationship you may enter into with a company, which is a contract between that company and you, nor for the content of third-party sites it links to.

Applicable law

German law applies.

If you are a consumer resident in another European Union country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence: they still cover you.

When this text changes

This document carries a dated version. If it changes in a way that affects what you accepted, the version goes up and you are asked again; the record keeps which version each person accepted.
